Suresh Gopi, Biju Menon film Garudan is legal thriller

Debutant Arun Varma is directing the film

Garudan, an upcoming film starring Suresh Gopi and Biju Menon went on floors recently in Kochi. The film is directed by debutant Arun Varma, a former assistant to Major Ravi. Midhun Manuel Thomas is scripting the film, which is a thriller centered around a legal battle.

While Suresh Gopi will join the sets on May 15, Biju Menon is expected to start shooting for his portions only by May end. The two have earlier acted together in films like Kaliyattam, FIR, Pathram, Randaam Bhavam, Kichamani MBA, and Christian Brothers.

Garudan, which has its story by Jinesh M, also stars Abhirami, Thalaivasal Vijay, Jagadish, Dileesh Pothan, Major Ravi, Nishant Sagar, Ranjini and Malavika. The film has Ajay David Kachappilly as the cinematographer, Sreejith Sarang as the editor, and Jakes Bejoy handling the music. It is produced by Listin Stephen's Magic Frames.
