The makers of Dileep's upcoming film, tentatively titled D148, went on floors recently. Backed by RB Choudary's Super Good Films and Rafi Mathira's IFAR Media banner, the film is written and directed by Ratheesh Ratheesh Reghunandan. 

The film's production began in January in Kottayam's CMS college with around 500 junior artists, and the first schedule was completed in March. Now, the second schedule is planned for fifty days and will be shot in different locations in Idukki. D148 also stars actors like Ajmal Ameer, Sudev Nair, Siddique, Manoj K Jayan, Kottayam Ramesh, Major Ravi, Ramya Panicker, Mukta, Ambika Mohan, Santosh Keezhatur, Aziz Nedumangada and Malavika Menon, among others.

It may be noted that Ratheesh previously directed Udal, starring Dhyan Sreenivasan, Indrans and Durga Krishna.
