The makers of the upcoming film B 32 Muthal 44 Vare shared a new single recently. Titled Aanandam, the song is composed, arranged, and designed by Sudeep Palanad. The film's director Shruthi Sharanyam has penned the lyrics. Sudeep Palanad and Bhadra Rajin have lent their vocals.

Shruthi Sharanyam, noted for helming music videos like Charulata and Baale, is making her feature debut with B 32 Muthal 44 Vare. It follows the lives of a few women belonging to different age groups and sexual orientations. As per the makers, the film details how a woman’s breasts determine the course of her life. It features six female protagonists, played by Remya Nambessan, Anarkali Marikar, Zarin Shihab, Ashwathy B, Raina Radhakrishnan, and Krisha Kurup. Harish Uthaman, Ramya Suvi, Sajitha Madathil, Sajin Cherukayil, Gibin Gopinath, and Neena Cheriyan also star in it.

B 32 Muthal 44 Vare is one of the films selected for funding by the Kerala State Film Development Corporation (KSFDC) as part of a project launched in 2019-20 to promote women filmmakers.
