Shruthi Sharanyam, noted for helming music videos like Charulata and Baale, is making her feature debut with B 32 Muthal 44 Vare. On Tuesday, the makers released the film's teaser, from which it is evident that it follows the lives of a few women belonging to different age groups and sexual orientations. 

As per the makers, B 32 Muthal 44 Vare details how a woman’s breasts determine the course of her life. It features six female protagonists, played by Remya Nambessan, Anarkali Marikar, Zarin Shihab, Ashwathy B, Raina Radhakrishnan, and Krisha Kurup. Harish Uthaman, Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam-fame Ramya Suvi, Sajitha Madathil, Sajin Cherukayil, Gibin Gopinath, and Neena Cheriyan are also part of the cast. 

B 32 Muthal 44 Vare is one of the films selected for funding by the Kerala State Film Development Corporation (KSFDC) as part of a project launched in 2019-20 to promote women filmmakers. Tara Ramanujan's Kerala State award winner, Nishiddho, and Mini IG's recently-released Divorce are among the other films.
