Niranj Maniyanpilla Raju's new film titled Achanoru Vazha Vechu commenced production on Friday in Kozhikode. Saandeep is directing the film, which is scripted by Manu Gopal. Joseph-fame Athmiya, Shanthi Krishna and AV Anoop essay other prominent roles. The latter is also producing it under the banner of AVA Productions.

Achanoru Vazha Vechu also stars Dhyan Sreenivasan, Mukesh, Lena, Johny Antony, Bhagath Manuel, Appani Sarath, Sohan Seenulal, Ashwin Mathew, Meera Nair, Deepa Joseph and Kulappulli Leela. It has cinematography by P Sukumar, edits by V Saajan and music by Bijibal.

Niranj was last seen in Dear Vaappi, directed by Shan Thulaseedharan. The film also starred Anagha Narayanan and Lal as the leads.
