Fahadh Faasil is set to play the lead in editor Noufal Abdullah's directorial debut. Noufal is known for editing films like Anuraga Karikkin Vellam, The Great Father, Sudani From Nigeria and Kappela. He also co-wrote the Khalid Rahman directorial Love. Noufal's maiden directorial is scripted by Ratheesh Ravi of Ishq-fame. Badusha NM is producing this yet-to-be-titled film.

Recently, Fahadh met Badusha, Ratheesh and Noufal at the sets of Pushpa: The Rule to confirm the project. The actor next has the Akhil Sathyan directorial Paachuvum Albhuthavilakkum gearing up for release. He also has Odum Kuthira Chadum Kuthira with Althaf Salim and Hanuman Gear with director Sudheesh Sankar line up in Malayalam. In Tamil, he will be next seen in Mari Selvaraj's Maamannan, which also stars Udhayanidhi Stalin, Keerthy Suresh and Vadivelu.
