The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film  RDX released the film's teaser on Thursday. Billed as an action-packed entertainer, the film is directed by debutant Nahas Hidayath.

The teaser builds with a voice-over that describes a fight that happened during Cochin Carnival. Then we see a series of fight sequences featuring the main characters, Robert, Dony, and Xavier, played by Shane Nigam, Antony Varghese and Neeraj Madhav.

RDX is scripted by Shabas Rasheed and Adarsh Sukumaran. The film is named after its main characters, Robert, Dony, and Xavier. Mahima Nambiar and Aima Rosmy Sebastian are the female leads. The cast also includes Lal, Baiju Santhosh, Shammi Thilakan, Maala Parvathy, and Nishant Sagar.

RDX is produced by Sophia Paul's Weekend Blockbusters. The film is heavy on action, with the use of martial arts being an integral factor. Anbariv, known for their work in KGF, Kaithi, and Vikram, is handling the action choreography. Sam CS is on board as the music director, while Alex J Pulickal is the director of photography. Richard Kevin (Vikram Vedha, Suzhal) is in charge of editing.
