Nivin Pauly has reportedly joined the second schedule of his upcoming film with Dijo Jose Antony. It is reported that the film is planned as a political satire. It is scripted by Sharis Mohammed, whose last release Jana Gana Mana was a politically-driven legal thriller. Dijo had directed that film as well.

The upcoming film, tentatively titled NP 42, got launched earlier this year in March. Listin Stephen's Magic Frames is producing the film, the technical team of which consists of Sudeep Elamon behind the camera, composer Jakes Bejoy, and editor Sreejith Sarang.

Meanwhile, the title and first look of Nivin's upcoming film with director Haneef Adeni is expected to be out soon. The actor also has the Tamil film Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, directed by Ram, gearing up for release. Nivin is also planning to resume shooting for Vinay Govind's Thaaram by September.
