Ever since the debacle of Aarattu, director B Unnikrishnan has been keen on collaborating with young writers. On Friday, Devadath Shaji, who co-wrote Bheeshma Parvam, confirmed his collaboration with Unnikrishnan through social media. 

Though details regarding the cast and other crew members are not yet known, speculations in social media indicate that Mohanlal is the front-runner to headline this upcoming project. It is worth a mention that Unnikrishnan and Mohanlal have earlier worked together in multiple films like Madambi, Mr Fraud, Grandmaster and Villain. Reportedly, the director is also in talks with Jana Gana Mana-fame Sharis Mohammed for another film.

Apart from this, Devadath Shaji is also planning to turn a director soon. Cheers Entertainments, the banner that produced Vikrithi, Jan.E.Man, and Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey, is backing the film.
