Pyali, the Malayalam film written and directed by Babita and Rinn, is streaming on Prime Video, the makers announced on Friday.

The film features child artists Barbiee Sharma and George Jacob in the lead roles. It is produced by Sofia Varghese, daughter of late Malayalam actor NF Varghese, under the banner NF Varghese Pictures.

The film won the Kerala State awards under the Best Child Actor and Best Art Direction categories. Though a child plays the central character, the directors say that the film would appeal to all age groups without language barriers. Sibling bonding is the core theme. 

Pyali features Sreenivasan, Mamukoya, Appani Sarath, Rafi, Altaf Salim, Sujith Shankar and notable Tamil actor 'Aadukalam' Murugadoss appears in an important role. The film has music and sound design by Prashant Pillai and Renganath Ravee, respectively. Deepu Joseph edited the film that has Jiju Sunny as the director of photography.
