About five years ago, it was announced that Deen Dennis, the son of veteran screenwriter Kaloor Dennis, will direct a film starring Mammootty. Now, the latest speculations suggest that after a long wait, the film will go on floors this year.

According to the buzz, the film will be shot by Nimish Ravi, who was also the cinematographer of Mammootty's Rorshach. The upcoming film will mark the directorial debut of Deen Dennis. The film is billed as a mind game thriller. And it is said to be backed by Gokulam Gopalan.

Meanwhile, Mammootty, last seen in B Unnikrishnan's Christopher, is currently filming for Roby Varghese Raj's film titled Kannur Squad. His upcoming films include Kaathal, directed by Jeo Baby and Telugu film Agent.
