The teaser of Pulimada, starring Joju George and Tamil actor Aishwarya Rajesh, is out. The short video features the two actors conversing on what seems like a wedding night, but intriguingly, the two are not a couple. Joju reportedly plays a police constable named Vincent Zachariah in the film. Billed as a thriller, the film revolves around his wedding and the following unexpected turn of events.

Pulimada is written, directed and edited by AK Sajan. The film has cinematographer-director Venu cranking the camera after a gap of eight years. Anil Johsnon is handling the background score, while Ishaan Dev composes the songs.

Pulimada is Aishwarya Rajesh's third Malayalam film after Jomonte Suvisheshangal and Sakhavu. The upcoming film also stars Chemban Vinod Jose, Balachandra Menon, Lijomol Jose, Johnny Antony, Jaffer Idukki, Krishna Prabha, Sona Nair and Jeo Baby. Produced by Einstein Zack Paul and Rajesh Damodaran under the banner of Lant Cinemas and Einstein Media.
