Recently, speculations were doing rounds that Malayalam actor Joju George is part of Vijay's upcoming film Leo, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. However, a source close to Joju has refuted the rumours.

It may be noted that Joju made his Tamil debut with the Dhanush-starrer Jagame Thandhiram. Meanwhile, the team of Leo recently completed their long Kashmir schedule. The film marks the second time collaboration between Vijay and Lokesh after Master. The film boasts a star ensemble, including Trisha, Priya Anand, Mysskin, Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, and Mansoor Ali Khan, among others. The film is scheduled to hit theatres worldwide on October 19. The film has music by Anirudh Ravichander, cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, stunt choreography by Anbariv and editing by Philomin Raj.

Joju, recently seen in Thuramukham, has a handful of projects in the pipeline, including his Telugu debut Panja Vaisshnav Tej-starrer, tentatively titled PVT 4 and Pulimada.
