Vineeth Sreenivasan, who last directed the blockbuster romantic film Hridayam, has completed scripting works for his next. In a recent interview, Vineeth also revealed that the film demands five major characters, three of whom have already been finalised. The casting for the remaining two are still underway.

Lately, Vineeth has been busy on the acting front. He was recently seen in a cameo role in Priyadarshan's Corona Papers. He is also playing a brief role in Pookkaalam, which is hitting screens on Saturday. The film is directed by his former assistant Ganesh Raj. Apart from that, Vineeth also has Kurukkan coming up. Directed by Jayalal Divakaran, the film also stars his father Sreenivasan in a prominent role. They last acted together five years back in Aravindante Athidhikal.
