We had earlier reported about Prithviraj Sukumaran and Basil Joseph starring in Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey director Vipin Das' next, Guruvayur Ambala Nadayil. Kunjiramayanam-fame Deepu Pradeep is scripting the film, which is backed jointly by Prithviraj Productions and E4 Entertainment. On Sunday, Deepu took to social media to share a photo taken with the crew members from one of their script reading sessions. Along with that, he also informed that the film will start rolling soon.

Guruvayur Ambala Nadayil is a full-on fun entertainer that's reportedly centered around the events that occur during a wedding in Guruvayur. Prithviraj is said to be playing a character with negative shades in the film. The makers have got Ankit Menon as the music director, Neeraj Revi as the cinematographer and John Kutty to handle the edits. More details regarding when the film goes on floors is awaited.
