The makers of the upcoming Malayalam film, Ayalvaashi released the promo video song Chewing Gum on Sunday. The song is composed by Jakes Bejoy, while lyrics are penned by Muhsin Parari, aka Mu.Ri. Muhsin Parari and Jakes Bejoy, along with Akhil J Chand, has sung the song. The music video is directed by Suhail Backer, who earlier shot the viral Manavalan Thug song from Thallumaala.

Written and directed by Irshad Parari, Ayalvaashi is produced by Ashiq Usman and Muhsin Parari under the banner of Ashiq Usman Productions and Local Agenda Motion Pictures.

Billed as a fun entertainer, the film is reportedly a fun story of two neighbours from the Malabar region. Soubin Shahir and Binu Pappu essay prominent roles in the film, which also stars Nikhila Vimal, Lijomol Jose, Gokulan, Naslen, Kottayam Nazeer, Jagadish, Shobi Thilakan, Swathi Das Prabhu, Parvathy Babu, and Ajmal Khan, among others.

The technical crew of Ayalvaashi includes cinematographer Sajith Purushan and editor Siddique Hyder. 

The film will hit the screens on April 21.
