M Padmakumar's next will have Narain and Meera Jasmine as the leads. Produced by the director along with Ranjit Manambarakkat and Sreeram Manambarakkat, the film is planned to be launched on Monday in Kochi.

It is scripted by Arjun T Sathyan, who wrote the story of Rakshadikari Baiju Oppu and the screenplay for the recently-released film, Santhosham.

Speaking to CE about the upcoming film, Arjun says, "It's an urban middle-age rom-com with a satirical tone." The light-hearted entertainer marks the reunion of Meera Jasmine and Narain after a long gap. The two have acted together as couples in Achuvinte AmmaOre Kadal and Minnaminnikoottam.

Narain was last seen in the Tamil-Malayalam bilingual Adrishyam (Yugi in Tamil). Meanwhile, Meera Jasmine made her comeback last year with Sathyan Anthikad's Makal.
