We had earlier reported about Tovino Thomas reuniting with his Forensic directors Akhil Paul and Anas Khan for a new film titled Identity. The makers have started the preproduction works and are on course to begin the shoot early next year. Director Akhil Paul has shared a photo taken with Tovino, Anas Khan, and cinematographer Anu Moothedath from one of their recent meetings on social media.

Billed as an action thriller, Identity stars Madonna Sebastian as the female lead. The makers are also planning to rope in a popular actor who is familiar with other language audiences too. Produced by Ragam Movies and Raju Malliath in association with Century Kochumon, the film will be shot across Ernakulam, Coimbatore, Bengaluru, and Mauritius.
