Babu Antony's next, an action thriller titled The Great Escape, has completed shooting and is gearing up for release. Directed by US-based Malayali filmmaker Sandeep JL, the film also features Babu's son Arthur.

Filmed in Texas, United States, The Great Escape is a full-fledged Malayalam action project with  English-speaking characters too. The martial arts-heavy film features some of the best martial arts experts, including Sandeep JL, who plays one of the prominent characters.

Sandeep last directed and starred in Outrage. The Great Escape marks his second feature as director.

Thai actor and stunt choreographer Simon Kook is also part of the movie.
