Prithviraj's Khalifa to begin in March 2023

The film will be shot across Dubai, Nepal, and Kerala

We had earlier reported about Prithviraj collaborating with director Vysakh for Khalifa. It is produced by Saregama's Yoodlee Films, Jinu V Abraham, Dolwin Kuriakose, and Suraj Kumar. The makers are planning to start shooting for the film in March 2023. It will be shot across Dubai, Nepal, and Kerala.

Billed as a revenge thriller, Khalifa is scripted by Jinu V Abraham. While speaking about the film, Prithviraj Sukumaran had recently said, "I have been a part of many action films but this one is going to be extraordinary in terms of scale, budget, and sheer ambition. Khalifa is unlike anything we have done before and I am really looking forward to the shoot."

Sathyan Sooryan, known for his works in Tamil films like Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Kaithi, and Master, has been signed as the cinematographer for Khalifa. Shameer Muhammed is the editor, and Jakes Bejoy will be scoring the music.
