Recently, rumours have been doing rounds that Prithviraj Sukumaran and Pranav Mohanlal are part of filmmaker Tharun Moorthy's next, backed by producer Ashiq Usman. Clearing the air, Tharun, who rose to fame with his directorial debut Operation Java, confirmed that he is associating with Ashiq Usman's production banner but the actors for the project have not been confirmed yet. Tharun made his clarification when an Instagram user asked him about the same and he also shared his response as a story. A few days ago, Ashiq took to his Instagram handle to share a picture of him with Binu Pappu and Tharun. He noted that the trio are coming together for the 15th venture of the production house.

Meanwhile, the filmmaker is gearing up for the release of his second directorial, Saudi Vellakka. Actors Binu Pappu, Srindaa, Lukman, and Gokulan are among the principal cast members in Saudi Vellakka.
Billed as a legal drama, the film is produced by Sandip Senan's Urvashi Theatres, known for backing the National Award-winning Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum.
