We had earlier reported about Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Ann Augustine teaming up for Auto Rickshawkarante Bharya. The makers have announced that the film will be hitting screens on October 28.

Directed by veteran Harikumar, the film is based on M Mukundan's short story. The writer himself has penned the adapted screenplay. The story revolves around an auto-rickshaw driver Sajeevan (Suraj), and his wife Radhika (Ann Augustine). Circumstances force the latter, a bold and mature woman, to take up the auto-rickshaw for their living. Kailas and Swasika also play main roles in the film.

Auto Rickshawkarante Bharya has N Azhagappan as the cinematographer and Ouseppachan as the music director. Ayoob Khan is handling the edits. The film is backed by Benzy Productions, and Dream Big Films.
