Puzhu is billed as an intense family drama

SonyLIV has debuted another impressive trailer of filmmaker Ratheena's Puzhu, starring Mammootty and Parvathy Thiruvoth, along with the streaming date: May 13.

Like the teaser released a while ago, the trailer, too, withholds crucial plot details other than giving us a sense of the sinister atmosphere and Mammootty's presumably disciplinarian and controlling father and husband.

Puzhu is billed as an intense family drama with thrillers which will see Mammootty in an avatar not seen before. It is supposedly a dysfunctional family tale that revolves around a father and son.

Dulquer Salmaan's Wayfarer Films is producing Puzhu jointly with S George’s Cyn Cyl Celluloid.
