Billed as an action-packed entertainer, the film is produced by Sophia Paul of Weekend Blockbusters. The banner last produced Tovino's superhero film, Minnal Murali.

RDX, which comes with the tagline 'Let the Fight Begin', has Anbariv as the stunt choreographers. The duo is known for their work in films like Kaithi, the KGF films and Vikram. This will be their first outing in Malayalam cinema.The technical crew of RDX also includes cinematographer Alex J Pulickal who shot films like Action Hero Biju, and Driving Licence.
