Dulquer Salmaan tests positive for Covid 19, says pandemic isn't over yet

In an Instagram story, the actor said that he only has mild symptoms and he is in home quarantine

Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan has tested positive for Covid 19 and has home quarantined himself. The actor in an Instagram story said that he is only having 'mild flu symptoms. 

He wrote, "I tested positive for Covid19. I'm isolated at home and have mild flu symptoms, but okay otherwise. People who were in close contact with me during the shoots over the last few days, please isolate and test if you have symptoms."

He added, "The pandemic is not over yet, and we must stay vigilant. Please mask and stay safe."

Recently, his father, Mammootty, tested positive for coronavirus. He was shooting for his upcoming murder mystery film CBI 5, which is now on hold. Malayalam actor Suresh Gopi also tested positive for coronavirus. 

Dulquer Salmaan was last seen in the gangster drama, Kurup, which was released on 12 November 2020. The film is currently streaming on Netflix. Meanwhile, Dulquer Salmaan is also part of films like Hey Sinamika and Salute
