Vinay Rai character posters from Christopher are out

Directed by B Unnikrishnan, the Mammootty-starrer is based on real-life incidents

The makers of the Mammootty-starrer Christopher have released the character posters featuring Vinay Rai. He is introduced as Sitaram Trimurthi,'The Antagonist'.

The first poster features the tattooed back profile of the actor and the second poster features the actor's silhouette and the face covered in shadow. And Vinay Rai, last seen in Connect, marks his Malayalam debut by playing the villain in Christopher.

Directed by B Unnikrishnan, Christopher is scripted by Uday Krishna, marking his second collaboration with the director after Mohanlal's Aaraattu. The film is billed as a thriller based on real-life incidents.

The film also stars Amala Paul, Sneha, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Shine Tom Chacko, Dileesh Pothan, Siddique, Jinu Abraham, Jinu Joseph, Vinitha Koshy, and Vikram- fame Vasanthi. The film is produced jointly by Aroma Mohan and RD Illuminations. Christopher's technical crew includes cinematographer Faiz Siddik, music composer Justin Varghese and editor Manoj.
