The makers of Suraj Venjaramoodu's Ennalum Nte Aliya have announced that the film will be hitting screens on January 6. Bash Mohammed of Luka Chuppi-fame is directing the film, which also stars Lena, Gayathri Arun, Meera Nandan, Sudheer Paravoor and Siddique in prominent roles.

Ennalum Nte Aliya was initially titled Love Jihad, but the makers changed the title for some reason. The film is said to have a humour-infused story of contemporary relevance. As per reports, it tells the story of a teen girl from a Muslim family who falls in love with a boy from a Hindu family. Bash Mohammed has written the story. He has also penned the screenplay along with Sreekumar Arackal.

Ennalum Nte Aliya has cinematography by Prakash Velayudhan, music by Willaim Francis, and editing by Manoj. Listin Stephen's Magic Frames is producing the film.

Suraj Venjaramoodu, last seen in Mukundan Unni Associates, next has Roy gearing up for release on SonyLIV on December 9. The actor also has Madanolsavam, Acharu Varuhtiya Vina, and Higuita coming up.
