The second look poster of the Mammootty-starrer Rorschach will release on Saturday (August 20).

Produced by Mammootty Kampany, the film is directed by Nissam Basheer, who previously helmed the Asif Ali-starrer Kettiyolaanu Ente Malakha (2019). The first look poster, which was released in May, featured Mammootty wearing a Rorschach mask. 

Rorschach marks the first time collaboration between Mammootty and Nissam. Sameer Abdul has penned the script of Rorschach. The film also stars Sharafudheen, Kottayam Nazeer, Jagadish, Grace Antony, Bindu Panicker, Babu Annoor, Aneesh Shoranur and Riyaz Narmaka.

Mounted as a thriller, Rorschach went on floors at the end of March this year in Chalakudy. Some portions of the film were also shot in Kochi.

The film’s technical crew includes cinematographer Nimish Ravi, music composer Midhun Mukundan and editor Kiran Das. Meanwhile, Rorschach is the second production venture of Mammootty Kampany, following director Lijo Jose Pellissery's Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam, which is yet to release.
