Hombale Films, the popular production banner, has extended birthday wishes to Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil.

In a tweet, the production house wrote, "To the person who mines distinctive characters from his surroundings and makes us fall in awe with his gripping acting. An entertainer par excellence, To the King of 'method acting' a very Happy B'day! It's time to vanish into a new character." (sic)

Meanwhile, the latest tweet has stirred speculation that the production house is likely to collaborate with the actor. According to reports, filmmaker Pawan Kumar is said to direct Fahadh in Dvita, which was previously planned for late actor Puneeth Rajkumar. Pawan had earlier directed Lucia and U-Turn.

Hombale Films previously produced the KGF franchise, Yuvarathnaa and has a few projects in the pipeline including Salaar, Tyson and director Sudha Kongara's untitled project.

On the work front, Fahadh, whose last outing was Malayankunju, will be next seen in Maamannan and Paachuvum Albhuthavilakkum.
