Annaatthe lyricists Viveka and Arun Bharathi make Malayalam debut

Viveka and Arun Bharathi, who wrote songs for  Annaatthe, are making their Malayalam debut with writer-director Manoj K Varghese's Freezer Number 18. Viveka wrote the catchy "Annaatthe Annaatthe", and Arun Bharathi wrote "Vaa Saamy". The two were in Kochi to work on the lyrics with Manoj, who worked as an associate of MF Hussain.

For Freezer Number 18, Viveka wrote the lyrics for a song on the theme of hope composed by Sandesh Peter and sung by Shankar Mahadevan and Sithara Krishnakumar. Arun Bharathi wrote the lyrics for a track with a student struggle as its backdrop, composed by Sunil Kumar PK. The song is sung by Haricharan, MV Mahalingam and Jyotsana.

The film is being produced by Shafreen CP in association with Shaaz Entertainments and India Elements.

According to producer Shafreen, Freezer Number 18 is a mystery-thriller that will start shooting in the Palakkad-Coimbatore areas by mid-March.

As per the makers, an agreement has been reached with some of the leading actors in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films, besides leading technicians from Bollywood. An official announcement is expected soon.
