Simple Suni’s upcoming romantic drama Moda Kavida Vaatavarana has completed the censorship formalities with a U/A certificate ahead of its theatrical release on June 26. The film received the certification without any cuts or mutes.

The project marks a key milestone for newcomer Sheelam, a protégé from Suni’s creative camp, who steps into his first full-fledged lead role after appearing in supporting parts in earlier films.

A Gen-Z romance film, Moda Kavida Vaatavarana stars Sathvika and Moksha Kushal, opposite Sheelam. The film is produced by Ram Movies, the banner behind Ondu Sarala Premakathe, with Mysuru Ramesh, Srirangaraju, Lokesh Belavadi and Goa Ramesh backing the project.

Cinematography is by Santosh Rai Pathaje, while Judah Sandhy has composed the music and Aditya Kashyap serves as editor.

The soundtrack has already drawn attention with Nannedeya Haadondanu, performed by Sanjith Hegde, and Yayati, sung by Sangeetha. Music label Saregama has acquired the audio rights.

Moda Kavida Vaatavarana releases in theatres on June 26.
