Upcoming Kannada film, Love Seasons has wrapped up its shooting schedule and has now entered the post-production stage. Built around a story that reflects everyday life, the film explores love through a soft and relatable narrative.

Directed by Kruthvik, who comes from a theatre background, the film attempts to capture emotions and moments that people encounter in their daily lives. The director says that while some films stand out because of their rooted storytelling, Love Seasons draws from stories that quietly exist around us. According to him, it is a tale that lives in the streets and bylanes we see every day but often fail to notice.

Kruthvik has been active in theatre and cinema for over a decade, and Love Seasons marks his debut as an independent filmmaker. Interestingly, the project has brought together several newcomers who also share a theatre background.

Actor Mukunda Ramaswami, who trained at Mandya Ramesh’s acting institute, plays the lead in the film. The film also features Diya Keerthi, Chandana Gowda, and Shwetha Koglur as the female leads. The director says the story carries a strong emotional thread and also reflects ideas and questions that feel relevant to the present times.

Produced by NR Manjunatha (Neeleri) under the banner NR Studios, the film is set in a time when trust has become fragile. The story revolves around the idea of trust as a powerful force that connects people, while love quietly grows around it.

The team filmed the project across several parts of Bengaluru, capturing the city’s familiar spaces and neighbourhoods. The makers are now preparing to release the teaser in the coming days.

The film’s music is composed by Veer Samarth, with lyrics by K Kalyan, Pramod Marvanthe, Dhananjay Ranjan, and Sai Sarvesh. Avinaasha Shastry has handled the cinematography, while Madhu Thumbaakere has taken care of editing. The choreography is by Bajarangi Mohan.

The supporting cast includes Mandya Ramesh, Rajesh Nataranga, Sangeetha Anil, Jayathirtha, Chethan Durga, Huli Karthik, and Baby Ritu Singh.
