A Sharadhaa

Despite all the chatter surrounding KD: The Devil, the film is already making waves at the box office. With Prem at the helm and Dhruva Sarja in the lead, this gangster drama from KVN Productions has kicked off advance bookings with plenty of excitement.

Ticket bookings opened on April 25 and fans wasted no time snapping up seats—especially for those early morning shows. Some special screenings are set to begin as early as 6 am across more than 15 screens. The buzz is especially strong at popular single-screen theaters like Narthaki, where most shows are nearly sold out. Dhruva Sarja’s dedicated fans are clearly gearing up for a big celebration on the film’s opening day.

Produced by KVN Productions, KD has recently drawn attention, particularly due to the song and the removal and reupload of its trailer. However, the initial box office response suggests that the excitement remains strong.

Touted as one of Prem’s biggest projects, KD is set against the backdrop of the 1970 to 1975 era and is inspired by real events. The film promises a stylish gangster story presented on a grand scale.

On the technical side, music is composed by Arjun Janya, with six songs choreographed by different choreographers, adding variety to its musical appeal. Cinematography is done by William David, known for his work in Vikrant Rona.

The ensemble cast further enhances the film’s appeal, featuring V Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Reeshma Nanaiah, Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty, Sudeep in a key role, and Nora Fatehi in a special song. With advance bookings just and sustained buzz, all eyes are now on how KD performs when it hits theatres.
