Prakash Veer: No action Sequences with Darshan in this schedule of The Devil

The film also stars RAchana Rai alogn with Mahesh Manjrekar as antagonist, Tulasi, Achyuth Kumar, and Shobraj among others

We had earlier reported that director Prakash Veer would resume shooting for his much-anticipated film The Devil with Challenging Star Darshan. The director has now officially confirmed that the second schedule of the film is underway in full swing in Bengaluru. Darshan, who is the lead actor, will be joining the shoot soon. However, Prakash Veer has clarified that, due to Darshan's ongoing back pain and treatment, no action or risky sequences will be shot during this schedule. Instead, the team will focus on filming the talkie portions.

Alongside Darshan, the film stars Rachana Rai as the female lead, marking her collaboration with the actor for the first time. Actor Mahesh Manjrekar has also joined the project and will be seen as the antagonist. The film further features a good supporting cast, including Tulasi, Achyuth Kumar, Srinivasa Prabhu, and Shobh Raj playing various roles.

The movie is being shot under the banner of Sri Jai Mata Combines, with Prakash Veer not only directing but also handling the story and screenplay. The film's cinematography will be handled by Sudhakar S Raj, and the music is composed by B Ajaneesh Loknath. The art direction, led by Mohan B. Kere, and stunt direction by Ram Lakshman.
