Riteish Deshmukh took to social media to congratulate Kichcha Sudeep on the success of Mark. The film is directed by Vijay Karthikeyan, who previously directed Sudeep in Max (2024).

Taking to his X handle, Riteish wrote, "Dearest Kichcha Sudeep - you truly deserve every bit of this stupendous success. May it multiply in coming days and weeks !!! Congratulations on this blockbuster !!! Big love my friend - your passion and hardwork is inspiring."

Mark also stars Naveen Chandra, Guru Somasundaram, Nishvika Naidu, Roshni Prakash, Yogi Babu, among others. The film has collected Rs 8.6 crores on the day of its release, at the Indian Box Office, according to Sacnilk.

CE's review of the film reads, "The emotional weight enters subtly but significantly. Mark’s mother is stabbed and hospitalised, and Archana, the caretaker’s young daughter, is kidnapped. What seems like a personal crisis soon expands into a larger pattern as Mark uncovers multiple cases of missing children. Eighteen hours to save eighteen lives introduces a measured tension that mirrors the precision of the investigation. Each rescue and each chase feels methodical, with stakes that feel real because they are tied to innocence rather than just spectacle."
