The team behind the recent Kannada blockbuster, Su From So, recently travelled to Dubai and Abu Dhabi to celebrate the success of the film. They engaged with audiences across communities—particularly Kannadigas and Malayali audiences—who have kept the film running in theatres since August 1. According to the makers, Su From So marked 26 days of uninterrupted shows overseas.

A special meet-and-greet in Dubai was attended by director-actor JP Thuminad, alongside Raj B Shetty, Shaneel Gowtham, Prakash Thuminad, and the rest of the cast. Directed and headlined by Thuminad, the film has emerged as a major box-office success. In Karnataka, the film continues to register robust numbers, and its worldwide collections have climbed past ₹115 crores, with  ₹8 crores worth of collection from Gulf countries alone. Simultaneously, its footprint in the Malayalam and Telugu markets has shown sustained growth. With the 50-day milestone approaching, Su From So consolidates its place as one of the year’s defining successes, following in the footsteps of earlier Kannada blockbusters like KGF and Kantara.
