The popular film Navagraha (2008), starring the Challenging Star Darshan and directed by his brother, Dinakar Thoogudeepa, will soon join the impressive lineup of re-released films in Kannada, including Jackie, Shashtri, Kariya, Upendra, and A, thrilling fans throughout the state. This re-release comes in response to strong fan demand, with anticipation running high among Darshan's supporters. Celebrated for its unique storyline, the film features the children of notable Kannada actors, many of whom are known for their roles as villains.

Adding to the excitement, Dinakar Thoogudeepa and Darshan's wife, Vijayalakshmi, around the festive occasion of Dasara, took to social media to announce the film's return to theatres. Dinakar expressed his enthusiasm about bringing Navagraha back to the big screen, and that the decision was fueled by overwhelming support from fans. In this film, Darshan portrays a negative role, which has garnered a loyal following over the years.
