Thamate, after festival Rounds, releases this week

Mayur Patel's upcoming film, Thamate, starring his father, Madan Patel, which has already completed its festival rounds, is now set for release on November 29. Ahead of its theatrical debut, the makers have unveiled the song and teaser. The teaser was launched by Mallepuram G Venkatesh, the first Chancellor of Karnataka Sanskrit Vishwa Vidyalaya, with Dinkar also attending the event.

Venkatesh shared his thoughts on the film and the actor, saying, “Madan Patel is an old friend of mine. Thamate is a novel that has now been adapted into a film. The teaser and song look impressive, and this film carries a meaningful message for society.”

Madan Patel remarked, “The film is directed by my son, Mayur Patel. I wrote the screenplay and composed the music for Thamate. It has already been showcased at various film festivals.”

Actor Tejaswini, who plays a key role in the film, also thanked Madan Patel for offering her a pivotal role in the film.
