Actor Vinod Raj, the son of the late legendary actor Leelavathi, recently visited Darshan in jail and shared his emotions after meeting the actor, who is currently entangled in legal woes. Reflecting on the encounter, Vinod Raj shared, "Today, five of us went. We didn't talk much. We spoke of hardships and joys. The jail rules are strict. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw him in this situation. Yet, there was an inevitable need to believe." Vinod discussed the situation during his media interaction about justice and Darshan's future.

Expressing his deep concern, Vinod stated, "More than an artist, Darshan seems connected at heart. His days in jail have been tough. Staying without freedom must have been very difficult for him. This makes me upset."

When asked about Darshan's demeanour during their meeting, Vinod recounted with sorrow, "When I asked how he was, he said, 'What can be done, brother?' He said it with sadness. What will happen will happen in due time and fate."
