Sridevi Byrappa, the wife of Kannada actor Yuva Rajkumar and granddaughter-in-law of the legendary Dr Rajkumar, recently took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message with her followers. This marks the second time she has publicly addressed the situation since her husband filed for divorce in a Bengaluru family court, citing mental cruelty. The court hearing at the family court, initially held on July 4, has now been postponed to August 23.

Meanwhile, Sridevi, in her latest Instagram post, expressed her determination to contest all accusations made against her. "I will not give up and will challenge every allegation made against me," she stated firmly. She also conveyed her gratitude to the media for respecting her privacy and dignity during her recent two-week stay in Karnataka. "I appreciate the media for protecting my dignity and allowing me to spend valuable time with my family," she added.

Sridevi also took the opportunity to thank her friends and well-wishers for their unwavering support during these difficult times. "Your support has been a source of strength for me," she said. The public show of solidarity has provided her with much-needed encouragement as she navigates this challenging period in her life.

Sridevi is now heading back to Harvard in the US, where she has been pursuing further studies. Despite the personal turmoil, she remains committed to her academic pursuits and professional growth. "Education is a powerful tool, and I am determined to continue my journey at Harvard," she noted.

The divorce proceedings have undoubtedly placed a spotlight on the couple, who once were admired by many in the Kannada film industry. Yuva Rajkumar, the grandson of the revered Dr Rajkumar, has largely kept a low profile since filing for divorce. Both parties have requested privacy as they work through their differences.
