Rupayi starring and directed by Vijay Jagaadal will be released on February 10. Apart from these responsibilities, he has also penned the lyrics of the songs in the album.

The film is said to be a blend of comedy, love, action, and emotions, and it touches upon themes like the necessity of money and the fight between greed and life.

According to the actor-director, Rupayi can also be billed as an action film and has stunt sequences choreographed by National award-winning stunt choreographer Vikram Mor.  

Produced by Manjunath M and Harish BK, Rupayi has Krishi Thapanda and Chandana Raghavendra playing the female leads. The film also stars Mythri Jagadeesh, Ram Chandan, Pramod Shetty, Anil Kumar, and Krithi Gowda in pivotal roles.

Rupayi has music by Anand Rajavikram and cinematography by RD Nagarjun.
