A Sharadhaa

We had earlier reported about Guru Sishyaru director Jadeshaa K Hampi collaborating with Salaga hero Vijay Kumar for his next. Now, an official announcement about the project was made on the occasion of the actor's birthday on Monday, and the makers released a concept-based poster.

In the fiery poster, which is captained 'you chain the lion, but not its roar,' we see an image of a symbol of hands chained, and the back profile of a woman standing in the center with a huge crowd in the background. "Tentatively titled VK 29, this will be a period action drama made on a big canvas, based on a true incident," says the filmmaker.

Set in the 70s, the film will be backed by producers Krishna Sarthak and Jagadeesh Gowda, (of Krishna Creations and Jagadeesh Films). who are currently collaborating with Vijay Kumar for Bheema. "The project will go on floors once Vijay is done with his current commitment to Bheema. We are simultaneously in the process of finalising the cast and crew, and the same will be revealed, as when they come on board," signs off the filmmaker.
