Allu Arjun, who is basking in the success of Pushpa fame took time off and visited Puneeth Rajkumar's memorial in Bengaluru on Thursday. He also met the late Kannada superstar's family. Allu Arjun's family and Puneeth's family have had a good rapport for generations. 

Before visiting Puneeth's residence, Allu Arjun met Shivarajkumar and his wife Geetha. He was accompanied by producers Rockline Venkatesh and NS Rajkumar. Speaking to the media, Allu Arjun said that though he was in Bengaluru promoting Pushpa, he avoided meeting the family as he wanted to meet them on a personal note. "It is unfortunate, and I will miss my brother," Allu Arjun said.

Puneeth Rajkumar passed away on October 29.  Apart from the Sandalwood film fraternity, celebrities from across the Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi film industries paid respect to the departed.
