Fresh off his breakout turn in The White Lotus Season 3, Dom Hetrakul has joined the cast of Debt Sentence, a Thai crime-horror feature set to make waves at the upcoming Cannes Film Market.
Directed by Warun Siriprachai in his feature debut, Debt Sentence expands on his viral short How to Run Away From Your Debt, which racked up millions of views online. The chilling narrative follows Suchart (Yasaka Chaisorn), a grieving father accused of murdering his wife (Sawanee Utoomma) and child. As he sets out to clear his name, his path collides with Hetrakul’s shadowy character — the true killer.
Produced by Night Edge Pictures and Wilan Prumpara, with Panida Ngamsompong onboard, the film is slated for a Q2 2026 release. Hetrakul, also known for The Man with the Iron Fists 2, soared to global attention after The White Lotus finale drew a record 6.2 million viewers.
