Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been accused of sexual abuse by 120 people for over a period of 25 years. Many of these are from underage victims, with one as young as 9 years of age and some others being teenagers. Combs allegedly also used a horse tranquillizer in the process of the assaults.
60 men and 60 women, out of which 25 are minors, are represented by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee. A 9-year-old boy was said to be sexually abused while pursuing a record deal and Comb's studio, while another underage boy was allegedly forced to perform sexual acts while being promised a career. According to Buzbee, these incidents often happened at events like parties and celebrations.
"I expect that through this process, many powerful people will be exposed. Some of this behaviour occurred at private residences of people that we all know. The names that we’re going to name, assuming that our investigators confirm and corroborate what we’ve been told, are names that will shock you. I would imagine as we speak here, there are a myriad of people who are very nervous," said Buzbee. “You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever. I would expect there are many people out there right now who are desperately searching their memories as they delete their texts and data.”
Comb's legal team denied all the allegations. "As Combs’ legal team has emphasised, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation," said his attorney.
Combs’ was arrested two weeks ago on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, when prosecutors mentioned he used his influence to run criminal institutions, including ones that witness prostitution, drugs, and kidnapping.
