Just a week after the release of Netflix's Castlevania: Nocturne on September 28, the streamer has renewed the series for a second season. 

An adult animated dark fantasy series, Castlevania: Nocturne is created and written by Clive Bradley. Based on the video game series of the same name by Konami, the series is a spinoff of the Castlevania animated series. 

Castlevania: Nocturne revolves around Richter Belmont, who is put in the situation to join forces with an unlikely crew and vampire hunters and magicians during the French Revolution, post the death of his mother. He must collaborate to prevent a vampire-induced apocalypse. 
 
Edward Bluemel is the voice for Richter Belmont. Pixie Davies, Thuso Mbedu, Nastassja Kinski, Sydney James Harcourt, and Zahn McClarnon round out the voice cast of Castlevania: Nocturne.
