Actor Keerthy Suresh's sister Revathy SK is turning a director for the first time with an upcoming short film titled Thank U. Produced by their father, G Suresh Kumar, and Revathy's husband Nithin Mohan, the film is written by Revathy.

Revathy is the latest member of the film family, comprising her sister, and parents, to make an entry into the film world. While Menaka Suresh is a yesteryear actor, Suresh Kumar is a well-known producer in Malayalam cinema.

Even though Keerthy entered the industry as an actor, Revathy stayed away from the limelight and instead co-produced Vaashi (2022), starring Tovino Thomas and Keerthy. 

The technical crew of Thank U comprises composer Rahul Raj, DoP Vishnu Prabhakar, and editor Pradeep Shanker. The short film's release date is yet to be revealed.
