First look poster out for Jujutsu Kaisen season 2

A prequel film titled Jujutsu Kaisen 0 was released on 24 December 2021 in Japan, followed by a worldwide theatrical release in March of this year

The first look poster for the second season of Jujutsu Kaisen has been released online. The poster features Gojo Satoru, Geto Suguru, and Shoko Ieiri, dressed in uniform for the second year of Jujutsu high. The anime series is based on the manga series of the same name written by Gege Akutami. The series is animated by Studio MAPPA, known for series like ChainsawMan and the currently running global hit Attack on Titan.

The series is directed by Sunghoo Park based on a script written by Hiroshi Seko, the first season consisted of twenty-four episodes. A prequel film titled Jujutsu Kaisen 0 was released on 24 December 2021 in Japan, followed by a worldwide theatrical release in March of this year.

The first season of the series is currently streaming on Crunchyroll. The makers are expected to announce a release date after the voiceover work has been completed but it has been confirmed that the series will return for a second season during the middle of 2023.
