The Chennai International Film Festival is being held between December 30, 2021, to January 6. 121 films from 53 countries are being screened at the festival. The opening film was the Cannes Festival 2021, Palme d’Or nominee Three Floors by Nanni Moretti, and the closing film will be the San Sebastián International Film Festival 2021 winner Vortex by Gaspar Noé.

6.30 pm: Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn directed by Radu Jude (Czech Republic, Romania, Luxembourg)
10.15 am: A Taxi Driver directed by Hun Jang (South Korea)
