Kesariya, the much-awaited song from Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra Part One: Shiva, has been released. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in lead roles.

The music video shows Ranbir and Alia romancing on the Ganga ghats in Varanasi. They are also seen making eyes at each other in a club. Sung by Arijit Singh with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya, Kesariya is composed by Pritam.

The first part of the Brahmastra trilogy, Shiva, focuses on Ranbir’s eponymous character, as he sets out to find the Brahmastra, a mythic divine weapon described as the most powerful in the universe. Apart from Ranbir , the film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Alia Bhatt and Mouni Roy in prominent roles.

Brahmastra is set to release on September 9 in five languages. The magnum opus is written by Ayan and Hussain Dalal. It is jointly produced by Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures.
